I'm King Israel. I served in the US Army. I'm permanently and totally rated for service-connected disability. After I came home, I spent twenty years running digital marketing operations — funnels, CRMs, lead-gen, paid media — for small businesses across the country.
I learned something in those twenty years: the business owners with the most painful problems aren't the ones who can't generate leads. They're the ones whose systems eat the leads they already have. The contractor whose phone rings off the hook but whose estimator forgets to follow up. The roofer with two crews who can't tell you which one is actually profitable. The owner who spends Saturday morning chasing a final payment from a job that closed in March.
I built RidgeOps because the software those contractors had been sold — JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan retrofitted from HVAC — was built for someone else. Built for 100-crew firms with full IT departments. Not for a 5-truck Phoenix outfit running on group texts and a spreadsheet.
